This is your opportunity to tell people how you feel about this idea, and more importantly, to tell them why you feel that way.

North Dakota is installing a H2O pipeline from our major lake to rural cities that have water problems. I hear the feds are paying for it also. Selling water are you crazy...of course they already do it. It is called bottled water from Pepsi, Coke, and others. the city I live in sells a gallon of treated water for half a penny. So for all you mathematicians that is two gallon for one cent

6-8-08 The Midwest gets 10 inches of unwanted rain the day after California declares a state wide drought. Atlanta recently watched their source of water,in the form of a lake, nearly dry up and considered suing Tennessee for river rights from a bad/questionable 1800's land survey. World leaders worry that the next World War will be over water or the lack of it . . . Should the Feds or States be building water reservoirs with idea of using the overflows? Possibly by pipeline? Or, even selling/exporting it like any other commodity?
