Listen to NPR

I have been listening to NPR for quite a long time now, but it has been only recently since I have begun to truly appreciate how great it is. It helps me keep up with news and politics on a day by day basis when I listen to it each day in the car. Also, I believe that many of the NPR reports are difficult to find in any other news source - the stories often give unique perspectives, for example, from a village in a developing country - that you don't get to hear about in the mainstream media. Finally, the diverse programming (classical music, car talk, and other entertaining programs) provides a nice complement to the news programming. Try it out on your radio dial. enjoy!
