Why Organic is Expensive — 4 months ago
Organic food is more expensive because it produces less crop per acre. Meaning for we either use more land to produce crops (cut down forests) or some people starve to death. If you really want to improve the environmental impact of your diet buy local produce and eat less meat (especially beef) and dairy.
